Audi Field Parcel B

Washington, DC 20003

Audi Field Parcel B is an ambitious mixed-use development bringing together residential, office, and entertainment uses in Buzzard Point. The planned 12-story, S-shaped building will feature 463 rental apartments, Volunteers of America's new office headquarters (41,000 square feet), and 50,450 square feet of ground-floor retail anchored by Brooklyn Bowl. The Brooklyn Bowl venue will occupy 38,000 square feet with 14 bowling lanes, a 1,200-person concert venue, and a craft bar, creating a major entertainment destination. Developed by Hoffman and Associates with anticipated delivery in 2024, this project will activate the streetscape around Audi Field and create a dynamic mixed-use destination serving residents, workers, and visitors. The development's location between Audi Field and Nationals Park positions it at the heart of DC's sports and entertainment corridor, contributing to Buzzard Point's evolution as one of the city's most exciting emerging neighborhoods.
